Dear Sir,

0. J. Action. No. 63 of 1908.

We have placed your letter of today'e dute before our client and in answer thereto we are instructed to accept the following terms of settlement.

(1) That the action be struck out with costs against the Plaintiff, such costs to be agread at $250 and to be paid by the Plaintiff forthwith.

(2) That the Plaintiff will give to the Defendant a full and ample apology in writing for his statements qoncerning his end his conduet toverds him in connection with this the action which was brought by the Defendant

against the Plaintiff.
